LCD Backlighting
LCD modules with backlighting are available upon your choice. These
make use of Easy-To-See light sources such as CCFL,EL and LED. The
following examples show the structures of LCD modules with backlighting.
1 CCFL (Cold Cathode Flumorescent Lamp)

2 EL (Electroluminescence)
Features
¡ñ Thin thickness from 1 to 1.5 mm
¡ñ Wide driving condition of 60 to 1000hz and 150V AC Max.
¡ñ Light colors are blue-green, yellow-green and white.
¡ñ Life time is about 5,000 hours.
3 LED (Light-Emitting Diode)
